I was watching the DVD of our Armadale Festival performance, and overall I am quite satisfied. I did notice some slight weakness in my right arm, but I think it's come back as far as it can. With the damage to my neck and the rotator cup of my shoulder, I have about 85% of it's mobility back. Not too bad, and I see the weakness because I know what to look for.

Been going a bit stir crazy without all the classes and performances, and I have wisely kept eye on diet and made adjustments due to less activity.
