Pre-performance readiness
Aug. 1st, 2004 06:35 pmHave costume items on the rack, NagChampa and other assorted incenses burning under them with two sheets draped over the entire shebang. Will smell very nice for tomorrow.
Had a bit of a bright spot today.Turns out the owner of the restaurant we have our regular gig at has actually advertised our being his "headliner" entertainment. That makes all the hard work over the past year. No mechinations, no backbiting, no stealing someone elses' students with lies, paranoid meanderings, and rumor mongering. Just open and honest work.
Four of us will be there tomorrow. :) This should be great.
