anysiaToday is the first day of our Melville Rec classes. Does 'jazzed' mean anything? (big ol' grin) I never get tired of the feeling of anticipation of introducing students to this version of dancing.
A bit chilly today so will make sure everyone is properly warmed up. I have said over and over that sore muscles the next day is permitted, but acute pain of ripped tendons is not.
