anysiaI have a bump/cyst on the back of my left hand, and it has been getting smaller.
And though it doesn't hurt, there is discomfort when the tendon closest to it snaps over it. Especially if I move my hand left and right, palm down.
I managed to find one of my wrist splints, which will keep that tendon snapping over the cyst to a minimum
