anysiaAcer Repair finally sent the USB card for my desktop. Took so long, makes me wonder if they had to make it first. Computer once again all packed up and ready for pick up.
Gawd am I happy the machine is still under warranty. Because of their stuff up, they tacked on an extra 18 months, and I already had the extended 3 yr warranty. The magic smoke will leave that computer and it will still be under warranty.
