anysiaGot up early today..spent most of the morning going over the pro shoot pictures. Mar said one is usually lucky if one gets 6 - 8 decent photographs per roll.. we got close to 20 (I think 19 to be exact, but not sure). Then came the hard part of paring it down for the best visual impact, but not overloading anyone looking through it. We decided that professional portfolio is a necessity, but didn't want to use the usual dance photographer. He tends to make the shots 'cutsie' and in some cases totally contrary to what the dance form is supposed to be.
Mar did a great job. There will be three 5x7s and six 8x10s, and that is just for the folio. There will be more for web and personal use. There is one that is so eyecatching and perfect, we are going to have it printed on canvas to be used at a certain occasion.
Must get ready for tonights dance class. Am feeling quite tired today, hope I can hold up for the night. I am pretty tough nuts, so I should do ok.
