Computer quirks

anysiaVista machine quirks:
Now you see me, now you don't: 'loses' one of the external drives on reboot for whatever reason.
Work around: Remove it from the device list before shut down, and it will 'find' it a restart.
Don't want to this time!: Audible Manager for audio books keeps freezing, or not loading up. Vista also refuses to sync with Sansa e280
Work around: Use the XP laptop, no problems. (note to self, if you are going to uninstall Audible Manager, make sure you have your audio books archived, as the uninstall will delete them. Am very happy I had "Recover My Files". All 5.8 gigs were recovered)
