Spring is Sprung
Sep. 16th, 2003 06:48 pmHad an abso-fragging-lutely marvelous day today. Sun was warm, and I attacked the garden with a vengance.
My chilli plants are doing so well, and are so hearty they have bark on their bases! Seems I might get another years growth out of them. I have been drying the fruits almost constantly. Luckily for me, we use a lot of them and they keep nicely, if you know the right way to dry them. I have shown one other person how my grandmother showed me to dry herbs and peppers. :)
Wing has been really pestering me to make some Texas 4 Burner Chile. I know how to make it, but as much as he says he likes hot and spicy, chile and wasabe are two different types of heat. Maybe I should just cook up some, and see if he survives. (throwing back head and cackling)
