Some Cajun

Making Jambalaya for dinner tonight. I have enough fixings to make it again, but with ham next time (Yes mynxii, this is with you in mind)

I like cooking, but sometimes the prep work and the stack of dirty pans, cutting boards, dishes can really build up. I don't think either of the guys will make an issue about one of them doing the dishes after dinner tonight.

I can't help myself: every time I see "Cajun" I just think "burned". I think if I met real Cajun cooking my head would explode.
