The Jambalaya came out wonderfully. aikidomayland went back for 2nds, and to clean off the serving spoon.

I think this will become a regular at our house.

I will make it again, and keep close eye on the amounts of what I put in. I have drafted it, but not 100% sure, so will make it again VERY soon (since both Wing and Alan are clamoring for more) and jot it down as I go along. :)
