There is a lot of new construction going on in Perth. I counted 18 cranes from where i was standing.

that's because there aren't enough offices in the CBD for the companies. My company is crammed in to office space that's really only big enough for 3/4 of the people that we have here. Rents in Perth have skyrocketed in the last few years.
