Listening to the Voices in My Head

Both aikidomayland and I enjoyed a therapeutic massage. aikidomayland had the deep tissue massage, and he kept going from purring to begging for mercy. I had a more relaxing massage, as Ivo said I had been through enough trauma for a while. heh. He managed to find the area on my neck which was causing me problems with my left arm, and that pesky rib to hip muscle that was giving me an ache.

Also, turns out Ivo is interested in astronomy! Gave him lots of info, and links to where to get good 'scopes at decent prices.

Time for hot shower, and a nice cup of coffee.
