A burnin' I did go
Dec. 13th, 2005 08:29 pmMade an MP3 dvd, so I am not slave to the external drive for music. I don't want an IPOD. I have a PPC and if I want to listen to music, I just load some tunes on an SD card. Do the same thing to watch videos too.
I am getting used to having my Acer as a mobile unit. Kind of like not being stuck in one room.
Have gig tomorrow. So, I am glad I got eye lubricant I can use with my contacts. Eyes feeling better by the hour, but I will still treat the pair of contacts as a 'throw away' pair. Also, going to pack my glasses just in case. I wouldn't dance at the Tropicana without contacts, would probably end up hitting someone as they tried to squeeze past in front of us (instead of going behind us as we do leave a clear path that way) or knock a latte out of the servers hand. But I could manage no contacts at a party performance.
Spent most of the morning in Rockingham, at the 'award' presentation of the real check we won at the Bunnings Community Day. Got to see the DVD of the event too, and Jo told us that the Melbourne office was muchly impressed by the entire event.
Pillaged.. enchiladas for dinner tonight. Yum.
