Return to the vet
Sep. 1st, 2007 12:30 pmBrought Loki to the vet this morning. Follow up xrays, and with luck, the pins in his femur can come out. I will know about 3ish today. Vet notices a slight limp, but is hoping it's aggravation due to the pins. Even if it isn't, he said as young as Loki is, chances are his body will 'recognise' the different growth in the legs, and the pinned one will play catch up with shorter used-to-be-pinned femur. Even if it doesn't having a slight limp is a small price to pay for being alive and healthy.
Cleaned out the confinement room, as it was getting a bit ummm wiffy. *holds nose* Anyone who has worked with animals knows what I mean. Not sandbox smell, just animule smell. Opened the window, vacuumed and freshened the carpet, washed the items on the sofa and ta da! Clean smelling room again.
