Stop the presses
Mar. 24th, 2004 02:25 pm(looks again) The new ad in a magazine. It looks sooo nice. (yes, I blurred out the phone numbers)

We had debated whether to put an advert in a local dance magazine or not. We decided if we wanted to reach a broader audience, we would advertise in a more widely read and distributed magazine. Also, we didn't see the point to advertising tribal bellydance in a magazine that is more geared towards 'classic' cabaret style bellydance. The lady that does the ads complimented me on the design and the font. :) I knew those graphic/geek skills would come in handy some day.
Also, got to see Pirates of the Carribean. Fantastic flick, well worth the waite. :)

Flyers in ConBags
Date: 2004-03-29 09:22 pm (UTC)Could you contact me on xena doll at hot mail dot com if you would like to discuss putting flyers into the Swancon bags? I think it would be great! We would need 250/300 flyers and a small donation. I'll talk to you more about it if you are interested.
:-)
See you at Swancon regardless,
Calli

Date: 2004-03-29 11:47 pm (UTC)I tried to set up a dance workshop, but the delays in replies and the no replies has kind of put me off. Might hold one seperate from the Con at our practice session room instead.
