Trickling in

The remote shutter release for my camera arrived today. It works, yay. Waiting for the USB cable to get here to extend SD card life. They do have a finite amount of times they can be inserted before the contacts go.

Had some fun experimenting today. Deliberately focused to cause hexagonal refractions from the raindrops. Came out pretty good too.
Experimental photography, using polarising filter. Deliberately waited for the sun to come out from behind the clouds to get the hexagon light pattern. Intermittent rainbow effect was a bonus.




Took a picture of Loki, mightily miffed at me, after I put his new collar on. I was amazed at his gymnastics errr Acrocatics.

And he is still angry about the collar. I have resorted to 'seduction'* to get back into his good graces.
