anysiaHeading out for my montly "PITP" meeting. Looking foward to seeing some good freinds.
Today was the weekly PILLAGE day. I had to hunt through 3 different frigging stores before I could find cornmeal. (Knocking on shop personel foreheads) I said CORN MEAL, not &$%%#$$# CornFLOUR! DUH! Finally found it in a "Sports Health" store. I asked for cornmeal, and she took me straight to it. I bought both bags. (Planning on minestrone, and fresh hot cornbread goes quite well with it.)
Went to Spotlight and one of the store clerks gave me some wonderful news. I had been looking for a specific fabric for about 2 yrs, and IT CAME IN!!!!! She told me about it and I got myself a piece of it. YAY! If there is anymore left, next time I go in there, I will get another meter.
Meegan also picked up some fabric for some new cholis. She knows why I have 7 of them.. Between classes, practices at the center, practices at home she says they always seem to be in the wash when she needs one. She got burgundy panne and a shade of pink that goes with her Shisha Tassel Belt, with all the cotton tapes needed. Guess there is going to be a sewing frenzy in my near future. :)
