This weekend was not a helluva fun. This cold/flu is really kicking my ass.
Went 'pillaging' yesterday, and I was walking around in a fever haze. Was all I could do not to lurch into everything. Stopped at Bunnings for potting soil and more herb seedlings. Then off to grocery shopping. Not fun, felt as if I was just out of synch with the real world. Barely managed to get home awake.
Tried to lay down to sleep, but the cough wouldn't stop, no matter what I did. I did manage to rest a little bit. Since I couldn't sleep, I decided to put the seedlings in the pots I acquired at akire-yta's 'fire sale'. Yes, Aki, you will be glad to know they are being put to good use. :)
Took Lemsip and one dose of Mersyndol last night.... it was enough to put me under enough that the cough didn't keep me awake all night. aikidomayland said I coughed a few times, but not that 'let's try tossing lungs and spleen across the room' cough.
