Ok, he isn't really bad, he just wants to be liked.
Lucius is baaaaaack. And he wants to be liked, but with time he does it without the 'secret herb and spices'. And Colia is baaaaaaaaaack, and just as pissed off as he was when he got beaten back by the Atlantians twice. He definitely has a case of the ass about Sheppard. Sheppard really needs to take Colia out, and I don't mean to dinner and a movie.
