For the 3rd time, my pre-installed OEM dvd burning program has had a melt down. It insists it isn't install correctly, so please insert installation CD yada yada yada. There wasn't one. If I wanted to do a full system restore, I could reinstall it, however, I don't really want to wipe my data. So, I email ACER, they tell me to contact the vendor of said software. O k, I hie on over to NTI and 'splain the situation to them, and what Acer said.

Guess what THEY do? Send me back to Acer. Round and round and round!

I just might end up saying fuq it and just buy it from NTI so their sorry asses WILL support it.
