The Rain in Spain makes pain

anysiaOk, it's in Perth. This weather is raising hell on me today. Stiffness and just sore. I know I didn't overdo it yesterday. Felt pretty darned good after the session. *sigh* I need a hottub/sauna.
Tomorrow is Wednesday, so I will be going to heated pool. Should provide lotsa relief.
