Modern Technology can be a good thing

anysiaGot my waterproof MP3 player, charged it Wednesday, loaded it up with music, set the play list to shuffle. Used it at my pool session. Was good to not listen to the same old not-quite-loud-enough music. Was able to use the watershoes for 25 minutes, non-stop on top of the rest of the hour stretches/exercises. I feel as if I had a great workout.
