anysia | Busy-ish day

Had hydro session under the eye of Damian today. He noticed I was having trouble with right leg pain, and noticed the medial tendon was as tight as a banjo string. He worked on it to loosen it up, and I finished up the work out session. I am sore, but the kind that shows your body it has been worked.

_meegan_ came by, and we went to lunch. Tried "Wok-in-a-Box". Oh yum. Will have to introduce it to Alan and

aikidomayland.

Went to optometrist and picked up my contacts. Can't wear them indoors due to dry eyes from heating system/heaters. Such is life.

Stopped by Netways to check on the progress of Acerbeast. Seems I was right, the MBR is gone, but the data is intact, and most of it can be salvaged. That's good news.

kilgates. Yes, you can have friends who are a far distance away. I still stand by my offer, he comes here and he can use Charlemagne at the archery range. :)
