In Louisiana during an abortion/choice debate, when a proviso for allowing abortion for rape and incest victims was brought up, one of the rabid anti-choice brain trusts was asked "What about incest victims?", he said "Why, some of our best horses come from inbreeding."

Unfortunately no, but he was told the comment was out of order, and crossed all sense of decency, and an apology was demanded and given. Dunno how serious he was with his apology, but at least he did give one.
