2nd week of proper P/T

And I am feeling it everywhere. Especially in the left leg and right hip/side. The stretching exercises have been great at unlocking the right hip and side. Best way to describe what is going on is like if a a woman who has been wearing high heels all the time, suddenly goes to flats. The calf muscle has to be stretched back out, and it is a painful affair. Same thing applies to my right hip/side.
Have session in gym room with Damian on Monday, and he has asked me to bring one of my bows, to make sure that me doing archery isn't causing any problems. I am fairly sure it's not, as I don't have any pain or stiffness.
