What a difference 2 Degrees makes

anysiaHydro therapy pool was at 32 instead of 34 degrees, and I can tell you I feel the difference. I wasn't the only one either.
Workstudy young man was there again today, his last day. He seems actually interested it what goes on there, and agrees with me that to be a therapist, one has to be a bit sadistic. You have to make people do stuff that will hurt.
I am maintaining good muscle tone, so when the damaged nerves are healed, I will not have an atrophied calf muscle. Oh goodie.
