anysiaWell, one of them. Even though AcerBeast is a 2.8ghz, its been running sluggish in the video. All drivers good and proper, updated to the latest. So, looked to the rest of the hardware. NON-Windows Scan and defrag of the harddrives, RegCleaner, CCleaner, now running another utility to get rid of dead/unused DLL files. I did notice an improvement after the defrag, but it should run better still.
*munches absently on a TWIZZLER* Oh yeah, my order from USA Foods showed up yesterday. :)
Also installed yLaunch. Cleared off the screen and reduced the need to scroll through the START menu. Also cleared out the unused icons in the Quickstart. Amazing how much removing that stuff helps.
Still looking to get bigger harddrive for Acerbeast. But not yet. Have trip to Melbourne to plan for.
