Tonight we started a new term at the Rockingham area. Three returns and two new girls. It went marvelously. They all signed up for full term. Right now, I am tuckered out, but in a good way.
Found out something sort of interesting. Turns out that one of the women that took the classes last term thought it was like cabaret style classes.... learn something over 6 to 8 weeks and then go teach it to someone else. That was why she was rude to us about every little thing at the end of the term, to the point we spoke firmly to her about it. She even went so far as to try to convince the other students to not take classes with us, but with her. Then she realised that tribal is NOT something you can learn, and then teach in 6-8 weeks, and was positively vitriolic towards us. Especially when the students turned her down flat. What is with people and that sort of backbiting bullshit??? It doesn't seem to do any good in the long run.
Well, it's a new year, and we are going to make the most of it. And we are already on our way! :D
