Rain Rain Go Away

anysiaStop messing with my DSL today!!!
Every time there is rain, my ADSL connection is intermittent. I have called my ISP, and the problem resides with the crappy Telstra lines. I have to get a telstra crew out here to test the lines but the problem is (wait for it)... they only come out during good weather to test the lines for faults! They can't (won't) come out during thunderstorms or heavy rain to check the lines for faults. Now if the only time I have line faults is when it rains... ahhh gottal love a companys' circular logic.
