This is so becoming an lj icon.

The original picture showed the sign with bullet holes in it. Not that I blame the shooter, but I did edit them out.

When I first saw the picture, I just started laughing. Didn't stop for about 5 minutes!

I can imagine! If I was American, I so would want an icon like that!

I had several reactions, but I gotta go with, OMG THAT IS TOO FUCKING BRILLIANT.

And, yes on the editing out of bullet holes. Asshats shooting signs, *sheesh*, though I suppose if they waste ammo on that, they're not taking aim at people (though again, as I gyrate through my twisted considerations, it also allows them to consolidate that hate for the day they'd actually aim the gun at a liberal...)

Any backstory on the sign? Is it really truely a legit sign on the entry into Connecticut? Someone raising stinks because it's all public highway, supposed to be non-political, etc?

Crazy(that is just *the best*)Soph

Not sure. if you look in the upper left corner of the top sign, even though its blurry, it is a legit coding on top of it. I have feeling the bottom one was a real undersign that was photoshopped.

That's why liberals need to wholeheartedly embrace the second amendment. Do you want the whackjobs to have _all_ the guns?

I was on a package holiday in Egypt the first time Bush was allegedly voted in. There were two Floridans on the trip who hadn't bothered with postal votes. Meh.

And I remember weeping over my absentee ballot info packet. *sigh* Feel like getting bumper sticker "Don't Blame Me, I Voted For Kerry."

Sadly, I'd been in the UK for about three months too long to have been eligible to tell Howard what I thought of his rigged pro-monarchist referendum.
