Spinal treatment number three


Did the usual stretch/pull therapy, but when I 'splained what hurt and how, I was shuffled over forthwith to the traction bed. Oh fun fun. I could barely get up afterwards (is I my lip bleeding, I was biting it when I got up), and hobbled back out to the car. _meegan_ brought me home, where put on brave face until she left, and then turned into a weepy soggy mess. The good news is it faded after a while. Doc said I will be set to rights one way or another.

Ow! I know it's horrible of me, but I was thinking "rack" when you mentioned the stretching therapy, and from there I went riffing into the classic Monty Python routine of nobody expecting the Spanish Inquisition - except in this case, from the sound of things, the Comfy Chair really would be a painful torture. :-(
