anysiaHydrotherapy pool was extremely full today. There is the one person who seems to think she is reigning queen of the pool and expects everyone to get out of her way. Meadow muffins! Pushed myself to do 20 non stop overstep leg lifts with the left leg. Yes, was still in the water, but that is 5 more than I was able to do last time. I do kind of cuss and nag myself to go one more time.
