aikidomayland finally found out what I meant about cafe and locally made cheesecakes just being 'ok'. I made him one from scratch from a recipe I have used (and finally got the books with the recipe in it) for years. He took a bite. His toes curled. :) I don't think he will ever order cheesecake again.
Must really thank Gin Hee for sending me the HoneyMaid Graham crackers from Canada/US. The Australian equivalent aren't quite right, too fibrous and bland. Picked the lemons off the tree for freshly grated lemon peel and lemon juice. :)
