PT session in the pool... well I have to admit, I do push myself a bit further than is strictly necessary. Liz said if I feel the current regimen is too boring or lightweight, let her know. She will add some extras to it. But for the next few weeks, stick to the game plan, as it's only been 7 weeks since I was discharged from the hospital. Great suggestion, because my leg was like jello when I got out of the pool after my session. And again, the limp was back. I told Liz I am giving myself until June for complete recovery. She said I would be fine by then.

*sigh* Patience glasshoppah, patience.

Going out with

_meegan_ tomorrow, for short excursion to Kardinya shops. Get some walking around on a nice even surface. I am tempted to get a cane just to stop the rude jackasses behind me clicking their tongues, or exaggerating sighs, because I am walking too slow for them. Maybe a cane will clue them to "Hey, she's limping...maybe there is something wrong with her leg, so I will just go around her."
