anysiaI can't wait for the week to start.So much to get done, and plenty of time to do it all.
Did a bit of self indulgence today. Full manicure. I must be getting good at it, because it barely took an hour for the stripping, buffing, reapplying and polishing. I consoled myself with a big cup of Black Adder Tea (No, not the comedy show with Rowan Atkins).
Trying to decide what to do on NYE. Part of me is tired and just wants a cozy corner of the sofa, and control of the GOD STICK. Another part of me says 'puddle jump to all the invited to places!'. Maybe a happy medium is needed.
Had a power outage earlier today. Its amazing what you do when all electrical appliances and gadgets just stop working. I ended up getting *gasp* domestic! Dusting, sorting, tossing.
My son has been asked to take care of a friends cats while they are away for the next few days. He is being most dilligent in his duties. He even take some cuddle time with them, so they don't been human abandoned.
Chalked up husbands new trousers. Now have to get em to the sewing machine for altering. It will take longer to swap out the spool and bobbin than it will to do the actual sewing.
Man, this house is just awash with domesticity.
Can't wait for dance classes to start up again. Practice at home for 90 minutes every other day does the trick, but this isn't a solo sort of dancing. Need corporeal feedback! (grin)
