Hospital stay, day 6

I guess the need for the morphine last night is the reason the Doc didn't show up to discharge me today, so I am here one more night. Felt well enough to wash this mop of mine, and it gives aikidomayland and Alan time to get the house ready for a rather disabled wife/mother (Yes, males can clean if properly motivated).

Late shift nurse and todays' day nurse have kept visitors to the short time I have requested, so I have gotten a lot of rest today. Had 2 hr nap this afternoon and am still yawning. Achey ache in my leg/back area (not to be mistaken with pain) and the need to visit the "To Whom It May Concern Room" woke me up. Rang the nurse, got my allotment of pain tablets and am relaxing right now.

(Ken) Sorry we have not been able to visit yet. Swancon stuff is getting in the way. Very glad that it all went ok!

Just been visiting Anaysia and she is being discharged tommorow (27 Feb 2006). There has been a flurry (and slurry) of activity to prepare/clean/disinfect etc the house. Anyway, looking forward to having her back home.
