Strolling down the boulevard... About 5 weeks ago, a Sunset Coast archery member got 2 great shots. One of them a perfect capture of my arrow in flight immediately after release.
Kind of hard to see, as I am right behind this rather tall youngster

And away it goes. Perfect timing on the photographers part. Arrow is one of the custom made ones
aikidomayland did for me. The blur is the arrow going forward and rotating too, due to the fletching. They fly slower, but are much more accurate.

Date: 2006-01-08 04:52 pm (UTC)The image looks to be fairly heavily compressed, is it the original or has some post-camera compression been applied? If so, the original shot would be interesting to see.
