Actions do speak louder than words

_meegan_ was out and about Sunday, and ran into someone we both 'knew' a few years ago. This person, upon seeing _meegan_ kind of hunched over and ducked her head, in the age old "I'm invisible" posture adults take when they are trying not to be seen.  This person was one of the people that really screwed us over a few years ago. We have never had harsh words with her, or did anything in a retalitory way at anytime.

_meegan_ walked up to her, smiling brightly, and said hello, how are you, did the kiss on the cheek routine, all the while this person was trying to come up with something to say. She asked about me, was told I was ok, and that yes we are still dancing.  Funny part was when she asked _meegan_ "Are you still at.. at... at.....?" waiting for Meegan to provide name of where we teach. Name was not supplied.  Meegan just fluttered her eyelashes and smile. She told me later that the persons entire attitude and behavior was one of someone who knew she had done wrong and was waiting for the ax to fall.

She will have a long long wait.
