Last night, after much ummm frustrated language (one of the cats kept buffing up against the tripod, and I kept bumping my chest into the declination control again.. ordering angled finder scope, as I am fed up with that) I managed to get a few decent shots of Jupiter.  The AVIs showed Jupiter and some of its moons tracking across the nightsky, but I still have much to learn to use stacking program, the motordrive so I can adjust the framerate and tracking, to get clearer shots.

The shots look to be getting better... :)
I'm going to miss Jupiter after next month when it sets with the Sun .

Suposedly there's somthing wrong with the space shuttle too. Somthing about the foam comming off the external tank.
I hope they're O.k.

Yeah and the more I 'play' around with my graphics program (especially the Unsharp tool) the clearer the shots are. Still, no real detail even if I stack 40+ images on each other. The AVI file looks good though.
