It starts with trip to grocery store, post office, other places of business for information. I have a little something to mail off to the US as a surprise for someone. We are also placing ad/article in local newspaper. We had discussed it and have decided that putting dance class advertisements in a magazine only available to bellydancers was rather idiotic, because you reach a very small insular group. So far, this method has worked marvelously.

Also, it seems our business model of not renting studio space from bellydance studios and using dance rooms in community centers/recreational centers is being mimicked by someone who used to dismiss us as neglible and not professional for not being affiliated with a bellydance studio. *snicker* I guess imitation is the best form of flattery.
