Well, I have 'trialed' the two gabardine performance skirts, and they move wonderfully. Since we are performing so much, we have to find a fabric that is not only 'motion specific' but durable.  The weight and flow of the two I made shows the experiment was a successful one, and will try to pick up some more of that fabric  tomorrow.  I like that not too much is wasted, as I use the selvage edges to make waistbands.

Oh yeah, the performance went splendidly, and we were even able to dance outside.  We still have the problem of having people stopping on the sidewalk, watching for 15 to 20 minutes instead of coming in to sit down.  Short of roping em and dragging them in, not too much we can do.

Talked to Bryan about the upcoming CD launch date.  We wil be getting an exact date, as we plan to bring as many students we feel are up to it.  This might cause a few scabs on a few noses, but this will be a professional situation, not a student get together.  Rehersals and practice session attendence will be mandatory if they want to dance at the CD launch.  And (chuckle) I asked Bryan to forgive me, as the thyroid medication is working wonderfully and I am 'whittling away'.  :)  So, won't be as 'ample' as I was during the filming.  He said, laughing, that he forgives me.
