Not quite Looking Glass, but it is an interesting GUI.  What I (and it seems others) don't like about it, that even though it copies the Windoze desktop icons to its setup, unless they are an executable or have their extension listed, the desktop shortcuts don't work.  They do work through the 'start' menu, however, so maybe getting the existing shortcuts to work will be the next edition.
