Not quite bodybuilding
Apr. 10th, 2008 09:39 amWent to the gym last night. aikidomayland was waiting for me to finish up this time. That was a first. I managed 30 mins on the bike without being asked to hurry along, due to not too many people there. I was also able to do 20 triceps presses. Big step up from the 6 I could only do before.
I have steered clear of the 'bridging' exercises, as that food group tends to make it painful to breathe. I do a modified version of them at home, so when I feel the implant in my spine creak a bit, I back off.
A bit sore today, should be ok by tomorrow, as we want to go back.
Day 2 of zinc/selenium intake. Didn't really expect to see any changes yet.
