Under the auspices of "It won't be too much hotter if we..."

Baking some dark/white chocolate chip cookies, by request. :)

Well, seems we were wrong

It did get a helluva lot hotter when baking. But the good news is that the cookies came out perfectly. Of course Aikidomayland slept through all the hot hard work.

Shifted ' base of operations' out to the breakfast bar again. Too damned hot in the lounge. About 10 degrees F cooler out here than back there. All the birds really enjoyed a cooling soak down. Cats are strategically laid out in the hallway for maximum coolness and breeze.
