Been spending a goodly part of the day with hot wheatbag on that trouble spot on my hip. It seems to trouble me more on days/nights like this... cold, wet and rainy.  I have a feeling I will be taking the 'big guns' for the pain tonight, just so I can sleep. I have been avoiding that, as I don't like taking painkillers too much.
