Oh it hurt so good

Just got back from my theraputic massage, and ohhhh did it do wonders for me.  We still get a chuckle out of the fact that the footballers see Ivo, and scurry off in a different direction, and here we are lining up to book a time. I have no degradation in the hip sockets (something I was worried about as my maternal unit had to have a dual replacement and it can be an inherited trait) He did a great job on my right hip and my right shoulder.  Purrrrrrr.

_meegan_ and I got to see the rough cut of the music video we did, and it was f&cking fantastic.  The finished product will be shown on Rage, and the CD launch will be at Mojos in February.
