Excuse me?

Once again, I read in the news that old male politicians are whining there are too many abortions, and they should be stopped, or slowed down.  My personal opinion:  If you don't want an abortion, don't effing HAVE one, but do NOT impose your religious/moral convictions upon those who do want the requested procedure.  Not everyone believes a cluster of cells is a human being. To have or not have a termination done is a personal choice, and no business of any, especially politicians with an agenda.

Swancon meeting

'Twas a fun afternoon/evening. Got much info as to where the committee stands. Later, Chris had to bail, that time of the year...paper grading, but japester, mynxii, meljane Trevor, Kaneda, Ken, and Mitch stayed after the meeting for good noshing, compliments of mynxii. *urp*  Wing entertained the masses with the vids I took of the aikido seminar. My artful vidoegraphy and scrolling credits were much appreciated. He also had a few listen to a ditty he had saved on his IPAQ. Kaneda showed us his new toy.  Toooooy.  A telephone/still camera/video camera.  I like geek toys.

Must go check my dance gear for tomorrow.*yawn* and get some rest. :)
