Very intense class

Very physically demanding today. It's much more difficult to do certain moves extra slow so students can see every part of it done, until they get it. They tend to be surprised at my stamina. Told them my fitness level is through the roof.

We also have a new student, Luviccia. She is very keen and is learing quickly. The co teaching system came in handy today, as I drilled the regulars, and Meegan worked with the new girl.

Handed out the invitations to hafla. Was met with enthusiasm. Looks to be a growing crowd.

Sorry this reads like telegram, but my brain is about to shut down for a while. I think my wetware needs a reboot.
