One of our wayward students (ok, maybe not wayward, but on a long holiday) has returned to the practice sessions. She picked up right where she left off as if she hadn't missed a thing.
The yoga people were still up to their antics of trying to bust into our paid for space 20 mins before their yoga class was due to start. What they didn't know is that we learn from past behavior, and we locked the door, and I used an old NY trick to chock the sliding partition/wall. Man o man were they stubborn! They tried to open the locked door twice that I saw, and the sliding panel 4 times that I saw. Meegan, Julie and Bev saw another two times at the door and three times at the panel that I didn't. Our sessions are over at 2pm. We left at 1:57pm.
In pitiful laughable news....
We find it quite funny that the person that was denigrated and insulted last year by a certain group of people, and was supposedly highly upset by their actions, has now become a mouthpiece and shill for said people. Meegan and I have good and decent friends in this area, and are in good standing with several local businesses, so silly stuff like this gets back to us almost immediately. We had a grand old laugh at this (especially when our friend told us said insulted person chanted the same rhetoric to her that she did to us. We told our friend "Just watch your back!" She decided to politely decline 'insulted persons' offer. )
