Had a brilliant dance session today. Fine tuned some dance moves on the attendees and introduced a few new ones. Also went through the music we will be using at our "Student Salon" we will be holding in October. I like it when students ask question, especially intelligent questions. Robin said how we teach is great, because we stop things immediately to correct something if it's being done wrong.
That comes from other times when we were taught things incorrectly until it was almost ingrained habit, and being 'taught' by someone else that couldn't be bothered to take more than 5 minutes (if that) to examine a new dance move and think of how to teach it correctly. We actually reasearch it, pore over it until we know it's the right way of doing it, THEN we break it down and teach it.
Time for rest and relaxation, for a few hours anyhow.
